Under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Anacodia Software provides the following notice regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Data Controller

Anacodia Software is a software and technology brand based in Balıkesir, Türkiye, acting as data controller under the KVKK.

2. Purposes of Processing

  • Handling contact, quote and information requests submitted via the website
  • Responding to your requests and maintaining communication
  • Project discovery, proposals and service delivery planning
  • Measuring customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Securing the website and preventing abuse
  • Complying with legal obligations
  • Statistical reporting and site analytics (anonymous/aggregate)

3. Categories of Personal Data

Identity, contact, request/transaction content, security logs (IP, browser, session), and, where you consent, marketing/cookie analytics data.

4. Collection Methods

Website forms, phone/WhatsApp/email, and cookies/analytics tools (see Cookie Policy).

5. Transfers

Hosting and email providers, Google (Analytics/Tag Manager/Ads when configured), other marketing measurement vendors when configured with consent, and public authorities when legally required. Data is never sold.

6. Legal Bases

Contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and explicit consent where required (marketing / non-essential cookies).

7. Retention

Kept only as long as necessary for the purpose and applicable limitation periods. Contact records up to 2 years; security logs up to 1 year; cookies per Cookie Policy. Then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion, object to automated adverse outcomes, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
