These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to https://www.anacodia.com (the "Site") and related online information and communication services operated by Anacodia Software. By using the Site, forms or tools (including the AI consultant), you accept these Terms.

1. Parties & Definitions

Operator: Anacodia Software. User: any visitor or person contacting us via the Site. Commercial projects are governed by separate written agreements.

2. Scope

Applies to public Site content, contact/quote forms, cookie consent tools and the informational AI chat. Project contracts prevail for contracted work.

3. Nature of Services & Proposals

Site content is informational and not a binding offer. Custom software, DevOps, web/mobile and AI engagements require discovery, a written proposal and mutual contract. Scope, fees and acceptance criteria must be agreed in writing.

4. Accounts & Security

If we provide you with account credentials for a client deliverable, keep them confidential and report suspected compromise to [email protected]. We may suspend abusive access.

5. Acceptable Use

No unauthorized access, abuse, spam, malware, rights-violating content, AI-prompt abuse or interference with Site operations.

6. Forms, Email & Personal Data

You are responsible for accurate form data. Notification emails may be delivered via third-party mail infrastructure. Processing follows our Privacy Policy, KVKK notice and Cookie Policy. Corporate channels are those published on the Contact page / Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

Site software, text, graphics, logos and brands belong to Anacodia or licensors. Unauthorized copying is prohibited. Ownership of project deliverables is set in the relevant contract.

8. Third-Party Links

Third-party sites and tools are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Anacodia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer protections remain reserved.

10. Suspension

We may limit access for Terms violations. You may stop using the Site at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

Turkish law applies. Courts of Balıkesir have jurisdiction (mandatory consumer rules reserved).
